1. Parties
1.1. Ikitelli O.S.B., which carries out the activities of the edthoreca.com website. Elsanat Tasarım Üretim Tedarik İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi, located at Saraçlar Sitesi 13.Blok No:59 Başakşehir Istanbul Turkey (Referred to as "Elsanat" in this agreement).
1.2. Internet user who accesses the edthoreca.com website and becomes a member (referred to as "Member" in this agreement.)
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The subject of this agreement is the determination of the terms of use of the member from the website edthoreca.com owned by Elsanat Tasarım Üretim Tedarik İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information he/she provides while becoming a member of the edthoreca.com website is correct before the law, and that he/she will compensate for damages suffered by Elsanat due to the untrueness of this information.
3.2. The member cannot give the password given to him by Elsanat to other persons or organizations, the member himself/herself only, has the right to use the password in question. For this reason, in case of all liability that may arise and all claims and demands that may be brought against Elsanat by third parties or competent authorities, all kinds of compensation and claims arising from such unauthorized use are reserved.
3.3. Elsanat reserves the right to get compensation and to make demands in case of all liabilities that may arise for this reason and any claims and demands brought against Elsanat by third parties or qualified authorities arising from such unauthorized use.
3.4. The member may not use the edthoreca.com website in any way that violates public order, violates public morals, disturbs and harass others, for an unlawful purpose, infringes on the intellectual and copyright rights of others. In addition, the member cannot engage in activities (spam, viruses, trojan horses, etc.) and actions that prevent or make it difficult for others to use the services.
3.5. The ideas and thoughts expressed, written and used by the members on the edthoreca.com website are completely the personal opinions of the members and bind the owner of the opinion. These views and thoughts have no relation or connection with Elsanat. Elsanat does not have any responsibility for the damages that the member may suffer due to the ideas and opinions expressed by the member, and the damages that the member may suffer due to the ideas and opinions expressed by the third parties.
3.6. Elsanat will not be liable for unauthorized reading of member data and for any damage to member software and data. The member has agreed in advance not to claim compensation from Elsanat for any damage he may incur due to the use of the http://edthoreca.com website.
3.7. The member agrees not to access or use other internet users' software and data without permission. Otherwise, the legal and penal responsibilities arising from this will belong to the member completely.
3.8. The member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this membership agreement is personally liable criminally and legally for the violation and will keep Elsanat separate from the legal and penal consequences of these violations. Also; Elsanat reserves the right to claim compensation against the member for non-compliance with the membership agreement, in case the event is referred to the legal field due to this violation.
3.9. Elsanat always has the right to unilaterally delete the membership of the member and delete the files, documents and information of the customer when necessary. The member accepts this savings in advance. In this case, Elsanat has no responsibility.
3.10. The software and design of the edthoreca.com website are the property of Elsanat, and the copyright and/or other intellectual property rights regarding them are protected by the relevant laws and cannot be used, acquired or changed by the member without permission. Other companies and their products mentioned on this website are trademarks of their owners and are also protected under intellectual property rights.
3.11. For the improvement and development of the edthoreca.com website by Elsanat and within the framework of legal regulations; Some information such as the name and Internet Protocol (IP) address of the Internet service provider used to access the site, the date and time the site was accessed, the pages accessed while on the site, the Internet address of the website that allows direct connection to the site, etc. may be collected.
3.12. Elsanat may use the personal information of the members to provide better service to its users, to improve its products and services, to facilitate the use of the site, to work on the special preferences and interests of its users. Elsanat reserves the right to keep a record of the member's actions on the edthoreca.com website.
3.13. The person who is a member of the edthoreca.com website declares and accepts that he/she allows product and service promotions, advertisements, campaigns, advantages, surveys and other customer satisfaction practices to be offered by Elsanat within the scope of the practices in force and/or to be implemented, unless otherwise stated.
3.14. Elsanat may disclose the member's personal information when required as a legal obligation or when it is necessary to act in accordance with legal requirements or to comply with legal proceedings notified to Elsanat or to protect and defend the rights and property of Elsanat and when it is deemed in good faith.

3.17. Elsanat can change, update or cancel the terms of the membership agreement at any time, without the need for prior notice and/or warning in any form or aspect. Any provision changed, updated or repealed will be valid for all members on the date of publication.
3.18. The parties accept and declare that all computer records belonging to Elsanat will be taken as the sole and true exclusive evidence, in accordance with Article 287 of the HUMK, and that the said records constitute an evidence contract.
3.19. In accordance with this membership agreement, Elsanat has the authority to send informative e-mails to its members' registered e-mail addresses and informing short messages (SMS) to their mobile phones, and the member will be deemed to have accepted the sending of informative e-mails to his e-mail address and informational text messages to his mobile phone upon approval of this membership agreement. .
4. Termination of Contract
4.1. This agreement will remain in effect until the member cancels his membership or his membership is canceled by Elsanat. Elsanat may terminate the contract unilaterally by canceling the membership of the member in case the member violates any provision of the membership agreement.
5. Settlement of Disputes
5.1. Istanbul European Side Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes regarding this contract.
6. Effectiveness
6.1. Membership registration means that the member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepted the articles in the membership agreement. This Agreement was concluded at the time of the member's membership and entered into force mutually.
