Are the prints on porcelain, glass, and ceramic products permanent?
Porcelain products are heat treated in 800°C and glass products in 600°C. Therefore, prints on porcelain is stronger then those on glass. Porcelain products with print can endure for (3 years) 1100-1200 wash cycles. But, glass products are not that durable , After 70-80 washings, fading, scratching and bleeding may appear on the prints, therefore it is generally advisable to hand-wash glassware.

Yes, we can delete the logo using two different techniques. However, one sample product is required before this process.
Do the colors look exactly the same in the prints made?
There are tonal differences between the color of the logos you have sent on the screen or on paper and the prints made on glass or porcelain. If you are sensitive to this issue, please request a sample.
Can porcelain, ceramics and glass-printed products be washed in a dishwasher?
Yes, all products can be washed in the dishwasher, but hand washing is recommended for longer use. After applying prints on the white porcelain, the products are heat treated at 800C. The decor applied to this glaze at the temperature remains on the product surface. Detergents used in dishwashers degrade the surface of the décor and cause deterioration of the décor over time (appearing in gold and platinum gilding, fading in colors, etc.).
Porcelain products without gold and platinum on it are resistant to 1000-1200 washings in the dishwasher. The patterns of glassware are resistant to abrasion up to 70-80 washings; But strong water return, steam and chemicals in the dishwasher can cause the patterns on the products to wear and scratch. To avoid this erosion, gel detergents should be used and, if possible, wash at 40 ° C and short program.
It is advisable to hand wash only gold and platinum gilded products. Make sure that the products are not in contact with each other during washing.
